• Build your hands‑on skills through on‑the‑job training from the best in the business.
• Work on a wide range of projects such as data centers, water processing plants, casinos, residential‑commercial high rises, pharmaceutical plants, and many others.
• Maintain a constant focus on safety while installing raceways, pulling wire, mounting equipment, assembling and installing parts, finishing work, and performing many other tasks.
• Demonstrate and embrace our company values.

• At least 1 year of electrical work experience.
• A passion for working with your hands and solving problems.
• Thrive on learning new things and be highly curious.
• Be open to learning from direct and honest feedback.
• Enjoy being part of a team and producing high‑quality electrical workmanship.
• Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites within a 50‑mile radius.
• Be comfortable working all day on your feet, on ladders, and on a variety of job sites.
• Have your own set of small tools and your electrical apprenticeship card.
