Job DescriptionDesigners support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service, including welcoming customers, assessing project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up for measurements, and reviewing room designs with customers. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels and restocking samples and brochures as needed. They support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a safe and appealing shopping environment.
By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales and meet store goals.
