Member Assist Cart Attendant

Overview

Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club. You help shape our member’s shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. You are responsible for maintaining a well-kept parking lot, assisting members with purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You may assist members with loading their vehicles and supporting a great member experience. You should be prepared to be on the move in all weather conditions.

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• Maintain a positive attitude by greeting and thanking members and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist members across the club as needed, answering questions and helping with purchasing decisions.
• Keep a clean, neat, and member-ready area and ensure carts/flatbeds are available.
• Assist with transporting items, loading vehicles, and helping members with purchases as required.
• Support safety and facility maintenance by following company policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Assist with checkout and payments per company policies and procedures where applicable.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and coordinate cart retrieval and organization.

• Notify members about pickup delays and unavailable products, offering alternatives when needed.
• Ensure items are prepared, packaged, and ready for pickup or arrival of members.
• Assist with completing work assignments by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to address opportunities and adapt to change.
