We currently have an exciting full-time opening at our Loveland office, supporting our Cardiology Device Program! This position involves direct patient interaction. Responsibilities include responding to patient calls regarding symptoms or treatment plan inquiries, as well as assisting walk‑in patients who may present with symptoms. The position works collaboratively with providers to determine appropriate next steps in care. Additional duties include managing pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), performing in‑office device interrogations, and conducting reprogramming as needed.
