Location: UCHealth MCR South Med Off Bldg - Loveland, CO

Department: UCHlthMG HCOR Harmony

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $29.54 - $44.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

Provide administrative and operational support by coordinating meetings, tracking leadership activities, and facilitating strategic planning for cardiac services.

Responsibilities
  • Support preparation and documentation for administrative presentations on strategic planning, market share, volumes, and growth metrics.
  • Coordinate monthly meeting preparation and scheduling, including the Cardiovascular Service Line (CVSL), Clinical Operations Governance Group (COGG), Medical Executive Committee (MEC), and Code Blue meetings.
  • Organize monthly Valve Clinic conferences to ensure smooth operation and engagement. Track and report Medical Director administrative hours, non-clinical RVUs, and related duties for both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Provider (APP) leads to support scheduling needs and facilitate monthly meetings.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

  • Minimum Required

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree.
  • Required Licensure/Certification:
    Relevant certification as determined at position level.
  • Minimum Experience:

    3 years of related experience.
