Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at the Orchards clinic in Loveland, CO. We are looking for someone who embodies our Core Values:

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with temporary or long-term physical disabilities, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with our clinical team to help patients restore function, relieve pain, and achieve their goals. You will also support and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and work closely with Clinical Directors to ensure the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical and rehabilitation needs
- Create and implement individualized care plans focused on recovery, pain relief, and improved mobility
- Provide direct supervision and communication with PTAs and Clinical Directors
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent, patient-centered care
- Promote clinic culture, patient satisfaction, and professional growth
Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited CAPTE program
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to patient care
- Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Ability to meet the physical demand requirements of the position (lifting, carrying, pushing, sustaining grip)

- Competitive salary: $75,000 – $90,000 based on experience
