Reporting to the Senior Manager, Central Finance, Nutrien is seeking a proactive, results-driven professional to join our Team as a Black Line Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on taking ownership, driving efficiency, and continuously improving processes.
In this role, you will be the primary administrator for Black Line, ensuring optimal functionality and supporting key finance operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including Global Controllers, SOX, and Tax teams, to deliver excellence in financial processes.
What You’ll Do:- Own the administration of Black Line for account reconciliations, task management, and transaction matching modules.
- Streamline and enhance processes by monitoring, identifying, and updating procedures and documentation.
- Respond to ad hoc requests with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare and manage internal and external audit requests.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts, driving efficiency and innovation in system usage.
- Support projects and special initiatives within the Central Finance team that shape the future of finance operations.
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting/finance/information technology/information systems.
- Business degree with finance/accounting/information technology/computer science or information systems.
- Previous experience as a system administrator (preferred).
- Knowledge of Black Line and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A self‑driven, results‑oriented mindset, with strong sense of ownership and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with flexibility, a positive attitude, and a client‑focused approach.
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $59,300 - $101,700. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long‑term incentive plan [INSERT LTIP where applicable], consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
