Location: Loveland, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $30–$40/hour (DOE)
This role sits within the Accounts Receivable function, but it is not a transactional AR position
.
We are seeking an Accounting-focused Finance Analyst with strong SAP S/4
HANA experience and analytical skills to support AR-related processes, system stabilization, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate understands the accounting impact behind transactions
, can troubleshoot ERP issues, analyze data, and help streamline and automate workflows.
Accounts Receivable exposure is helpful, but the primary focus is accounting, systems, and analysis
.
Apply accounting principles to analyze AR-related transactions, postings, adjustments, and reconciliations.
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and system issues within SAP S/4
HANA.Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments.
Analyze AR aging, cash application, and account activity to identify root causes and trends.
Extract and analyze data to improve accuracy, controls, and efficiency across finance processes.
Support the ongoing transition from People Soft to SAP S/4
HANA, including system stabilization efforts.Participate in UAT and regression testing for SAP and related finance systems.
Review, validate, and help improve SOPs and process documentation.
Champion process improvements and automation initiatives using tools such as Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Treasury, Credit, AR Customer Service, IT, Digital, HR, and Operations teams.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
.3–5+ years of accounting experience (GL, revenue, cost, or financial analysis).
Strong understanding of debits/credits, GL impact, and accounting controls.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
HANA or comparable ERP systems.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills; ability to work with large data sets.
Self-directed, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Solid understanding of GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus.
SAP S/4
HANA (highly preferred)Power BI and/or Power Query
ERP experience with People Soft, Oracle, or High Radius
Experience supporting system implementations or migrations
Process improvement and automation experience
Exposure to AR processes (cash application, adjustments, aging, reconciliations) is beneficial.
Deep transactional AR experience is not required
.Candidates must be comfortable operating within an AR function while applying broader accounting and analytical expertise.
Work in a collaborative, analytical finance team.
Play a key role in stabilizing and improving SAP S/4
