Orbit Wave Communications is looking for a proactive and technically grounded Telecommunications Network Operations Engineer to support and evolve our core network systems. This role focuses on keeping large-scale telecom infrastructure stable, secure, and high-performing in a fast-moving environment where reliability matters as much as speed.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will monitor live network traffic, investigate incidents, and resolve outages with precision and urgency. Day to day work includes configuring and maintaining network equipment, coordinating scheduled upgrades, and supporting the rollout of new technologies. Much like a round of Among Us, success depends on spotting anomalies early, separating real issues from false alarms, and communicating clearly with the rest of the team before small problems escalates.
WhatYou’ll Do
You’ll analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks or vulnerabilities, and implement improvements that increase uptime and efficiency. Collaboration is central to this role: you’ll work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement across the network.
