The The Manager, Environmental Strategic Marketing is a key role within Veralto’s Environmental Group. Responsibilities include conducting global market research to identify drivers and opportunities, understanding customer behavior across OTT Hydro Met brands, and developing commercial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitable growth. This role collaborates closely with sales, service, product management, and marketing communications to ensure strategy execution.

The position may lead cross-functional initiatives and will be located in Loveland, Colorado or Fellbach, Germany, working on-site or hybrid with remote applicants considered.

• Market Research & Analysis:
  Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify global growth opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership.
• Strategy Development:
  Create and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify new applications for existing products and support annual strategic reviews. Evaluate and develop go-to-market strategies for potential M&A targets.
• Strategic Partnerships:
  Lead evaluations of third-party portfolios for synergy opportunities. Validate business cases for partnerships and secure executive alignment for collaboration agreements.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, market research, commercial strategy, product management, or innovation; BSc/BA required, MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), CRM systems, and market research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Fluent in English.

The compensation range for this role is $ - $ USD per year. This job is eligible for Commission Pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
