• Accountable for all aspects of inventory control and supervising one or more Inventory Control Clerks. This includes researching reasons for inventory discrepancies, directing product rotation and outside storage, quality control, and coordinating all recalls and HCAAP Plan requirements.
• Implements and maintains policy and procedures relating to inventory control, ensuring accuracy of warehouse inventory, analyzing poor product rotation, maintaining the storage locator system, and coordinating outside storage when applicable.
• Investigates inventory issues such as non‑branded quality control complaints, sales and customer product complaints, and reasons for out‑of‑date product.
• Authorizes all adjustments made to inventory.
• Assists in compliance with HACCP and other government policies.
• Audits receiving and stocking procedures to ensure that policies are followed.
• Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures.
• Creates a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open.
• Reviews daily inventory discrepancy reports.

Work schedule:

Monday - Friday | Start time: 6 AM.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree with management/marketing background preferred.

• Minimum of three years in inventory control, warehousing, sales & product knowledge required.

• HACCP‑compliant training and strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Understanding of distribution processes.
• Understanding of customer billing and credit process.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent math skills, strong communication and organizational skills.

This position is eligible for a 7% annual bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $57,000 - $95,000.
