Patient Service Representative – Lithonia Region

Full-Time | 3x12-hour shifts | Rotating Weekends | Regional Float Position Lovejoy, Griffin, Locust Grove

Are you currently in school to become a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)? Gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced urgent care setting while working as a Patient Service Representative (PSR) with Peachtree Immediate Care. As a PSR, you ll develop essential skills in patient interaction, insurance verification, and medical office operations—all while working in a clinical environment that complements your education.

This role is a great stepping stone to transition into a clinical position upon certification/licensure.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for patients—greet, register, and assist them throughout their visit.

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient clinic operation by multitasking and problem-solving.
Qualifications
  • Current student in a CMA, EMT, or LPN program (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Reliable transportation to commute to multiple clinic locations.
  • Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
