MCS Group is proud to be supporting a global Irish success story in their search to hire an Application Support Consultant to join a growing customer support function.

This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technology, and supporting customers across core business systems. You'll be handling technical and operational queries, troubleshooting issues, and helping users get the most from their ERP platforms.

(Hybrid/Remote from Ireland)

• Respond to customer technical and operational queries
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
• Log, document, and track issues through to resolution
• Support users across accounting, ERP, and wider business modules
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions
• Help improve the overall customer support experience

• Experience with ERP, accounting, or business management systems
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or other relevant area
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and business processes
• Any exposure to SQL, integrations, APIs, or business software is an advantage
