Maintenance Assistance

Diamond Grove Center is searching for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Assistance. This position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with occasional on‑call duties.

As a Maintenance Assistance you will perform general maintenance work, including carpentry, electrical, mechanical, housekeeping, fire safety, and security. You will maintain a safe workplace environment, manage facility grounds (blowing parking lot, trimming hedges, cutting grass), maintain all facility vehicles, complete daily rounds, deliver supplies, schedule routine maintenance, change HVAC filters monthly, vacuum vents, pressure wash interior and exterior mats, perform general housekeeping, and other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Minimum of five years maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, write, follow written and oral instructions.
• Physical capacity to perform heavy work, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, and lift over 50 pounds with assistance.
