The
** Warehouse Lead
** plays a key role in assisting the site leadership team by directing the daily functional and operational workflow at the site. This role has extensive knowledge of all fulfillment environment tasks.

** What You’ll Do
*** Coach associates on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, glass-handling, and safety protocols.
* Evaluate current processes and procedures and recommend improvements for cost reduction and productivity increases to warehouse management.
* Receive incoming glass and supply items, logs items electronically and assist with stocking and inventory to evaluate quality and verify accuracy of location and quantity.
* Maintain a working knowledge of warehouse data systems and perform various tasks within the system.
* Provides world class customer service and partners internally to resolve associate and customer complaints in an ethical and timely manner.
* Assist with opening/closing of location(s) as needed.
* All other duties as assigned.
** What You’ll Need
*** Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
* Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklift, and reach trucks.
* To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired to operate this equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs.
* Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
* Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
