Job Title:
Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Join our dynamic team at a state-of-the‑art distribution center where you will be integral in the shipping and receiving of healthcare products such as sleep apnea machines and breathing treatment masks. This position involves daily loading and unloading of trucks and manually pulling orders by identifying the correct numbers. Paying $22/hr on 1st shift.
Responsibilities- Perform shipping and receiving tasks for healthcare products.
- Load and unload trucks on a daily basis.
- Manually pull orders by identifying correct product numbers.
- At least 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving, specifically with Crown equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in identifying product numbers accurately.
The company offers a welcoming and friendly environment in a brand‑new, expanded facility due to growth. Almost all full‑time employees have transitioned from contract to hire, demonstrating opportunities for career progression. Once hired directly, employees receive new steel‑toed boots, and lockers with locks are provided.
Work EnvironmentWork in a very clean, modern facility where safety is a priority. Employees are required to wear steel‑toed boots and safety vests, which are provided. The standard shift is from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with possible shifts extending until 6:30 p.m. and an early shift from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
