Base Pay Range
Loadmode LLC is hiring experienced OTR company team drivers!
Regular Routes + Consistent Miles + Constant and Great Pay + 48 States (OTR) + Great Miles + Stability
We offer a great team of very experienced dispatchers to provide extensive loads on dedicated lanes:
- We pay $0.85 cents per mile (approximately $2,550 per week each).
- 6000+ miles per week consistently.
- 2023‑2026 fully equipped and well‑maintained trucks.
- 24/7 dispatch that will keep you rolling.
- More than 15 dedicated lanes in all 48 states.
- Fuel card provided.
- 3‑4 weeks out, 3‑4 days home.
- Payment following week.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience on CDL Class A license.
- No DUI or SAP history whatsoever.
- Must pass the road test.
