Part‑time Delivery Driver at Sherwin-Williams located at Store #1239, 4702 A Poplar Level Rd., Louisville, KY 40213.

SWDS Driver responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pickup trucks. Drivers ensure deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer. Drivers are accountable for customer satisfaction and for transporting items in a safe, timely manner.

Job duties involve contact with customers and handling items of value. A review of criminal history is required.

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Transport and deliver items to customers safely and timely.
• Maintain the store vehicle and notify supervisor of repair or servicing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
• Perform other store tasks including warehouse duties, tinting, and mixing customer orders.

• At least 21 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, evenings, and weekends.

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• At least one year experience using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages;
  Spanish proficiency is a plus.
