Store Delivery Driver

Overview

Louisville, KY, USA – Full time – R26_

• Delivering parts to customers with a passion for developing customer relationships
• Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring the stock room is accurately stocked and maintaining inventory checks
• Consistently focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during your deliveries
• Building long‑term relationships with the customers you deliver to
• Maintaining the store delivery truck through adherence to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure
• Other duties as needed

• Love to work independently, enjoy driving safely, and engage with customers face to face
• Take pride in the work you do and focus on safety and reliability each day

• Are a student or retired and want flexible scheduling

• Agility to bend to floor‑level shelves and reach upper shelves (eight feet) using a stool or ladder when necessary, stamina to stand and walk for an entire shift and lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
• Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made
• Inspecting, protecting and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Driving throughout the metropolitan area using maps and directions
• Able to be flexible with your schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License
