Our dedicated, driver‑friendly runs offer great miles and predictable home time, for all teams, including husband and wife teams.
Kankakee Dedicated: ROUND TRIP/HOME WEEKLY! – From Columbus, OH to WA to OH to IL to OH. 5 days out, 2 days home. 5150 to 5350 miles/week. $1530 to $1600 per driver.

- Hiring drivers with experience.
- Average 4500 to 5350+ miles/week, depending on your location.
- Our home time policy enables you to earn 2 full days home for every 7 days you are out.
- Some runs may be as good as 4.5 - 5 days out and 2 – 2.5 days home.
- Assigned late model Peterbilt 579’s.
- Base Pay is 29 cpm, paid vacation and holidays.
- Layover and breakdown pay.
- Per Diem.
- Direct deposit weekly.
- Benefits: BCBS medical with dental/vision and life options.
- Referral bonus for qualified drivers.
- Safety Bonus: 1 cpm for all miles run the previous year.
- 401(k) w/profit sharing.
- Pet policy – available starting Day 1.
- Special military pay for veterans with less than one year driving experience.

- Must possess a Class A CDL.
- Safe driving record.
- 6 months experience preferred.
