Compensation & Benefits:
- This is an unpaid educational internship designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in a professional setting.
- Non-monetary perks (e.g., game tickets, networking events, staff training) may be offered as part of the learning experience.
- Support ticketing staff with group experiences and fan engagement activities on matchdays.
- Assist customer service operations at points of entry and Ticketing HQ alongside full-time staff.
- Observe and support season ticket member service processes during home matches.
- Support lead generation efforts and gain exposure to ticket sales strategies and packages.
- Assist with running reports on online ticket sales for internal review and learning purposes.
- Conduct market research related to ticketing promotions, activations, and fan engagement initiatives.
- Support the organization and tracking of membership agreements and service documentation.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records in the Club's CRM system.
- Represent the Club at assigned community and promotional events as a learning experience.
- Support planning and execution of season ticket member events.
- Collaborate with other departments on ticketing-related initiatives and special projects.
- Other duties and projects as assigned, consistent with the educational nature of the internship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Eligible to receive academic credit through their educational institution (if applicable)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Successful completion of a background check
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and home matchdays as needed
- Internship schedule coordinated to align with academic commitments whenever possible

Both clubs play at the state-of-the-art Lynn Family Stadium in the Butchertown neighborhood and train at the nearby Lynn Family Sports Vision & Training Center.
