This is a full-time, on-site Shop Technician role located in Louisville, KY. The Shop Technician will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various types of heavy construction equipment and aerial lifts. Day-to-day tasks will include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and ensuring machinery is properly functioning. The role also includes collaborating with team members and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and troubleshooting of heavy equipment
• Proficiency in handling and operating heavy equipment, including forklifts
• Strong Communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure safety and operational efficiency
• Prior experience or certifications in heavy equipment maintenance or repair is a plus
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
