- Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
- Prepare vacant units for new residents
- Maintain grounds, buildings, amenities, and equipment
- Handle after-hours emergency maintenance calls
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior maintenance experience (preferably in multifamily housing)
- HVAC experience required; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
- Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Pool maintenance experience and CPO a plus
- Reliable transportation and basic tools required
- Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly
