RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is a growing powerhouse in the Trucking Industry. RSS has been in business for over 31 years, and has nearly 400 team members located in 15 states! We are currently looking to expand our team in Louisville, KY.

Base pay: $24.00/hr – $30.00/hr overtime after 40 hours. 401(k) after 1 year. Bi-weekly paychecks.

• $24-30/hr starting pay commensurate with experience.
• Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses after 90 days.
• Monday-Friday schedule.

• Must be willing to train in Columbus, OH (2-3 weekdays) – expenses paid.

• Inspect and diagnose all trailer systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including but not limited to: ABS, frame, body, doors, tires and electrical systems.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
• Operate the mobile Service Truck safely.
• Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the Service Truck.

• Trailer Mechanic experience required.
• Experience in outdoor, mobile service truck positions.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and Drug Screen.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
