Field Service Technician / Truck Mechanic

Weekly Rotating on Call Schedule!

Experience:

• 2+ years Diesel Repair experience required.
• Prefer Diesel Program Technical School completion and minimum 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain DOT Med Card.
• Valid State Driver's License required.
• CDL is preferred.

• Repairs and roadside assistance out of Service Truck
• Service and repair work – drivetrain, steering, electrical, engine, suspension, and brakes.
• Troubleshooting and inspections
• Good computer and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Rotating On Call Weekly schedule (Tech would be on call once every 3 weeks)
• Ability to take service truck home – negotiable

• Frequent movement, standing, walking, sitting; frequent use of hands; ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Implement and enforce health and safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
  
  Must be able to read and write reports.
