The Role
Taylor at 502 in Louisville, KY is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor with extensive HVAC and plumbing experience
. EPA certification is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional resident service.
- Oversee all property maintenance operations and staff
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Manage maintenance budget, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Ensure timely response to service requests and after‑hours emergencies
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Provide top‑tier service to residents and uphold community standards
- HVAC certification (EPA required)
- Strong plumbing experience (required)
- Pool maintenance experience a plus
