• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and related warehouse solutions at customer sites.
• Diagnose technical issues, manage equipment troubleshooting, and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all services meet quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients to provide technical support, guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Technical and mechanical skills, including proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is highly advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to diverse work environments
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for field service calls
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant trade school experience are a plus
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing needed for equipment installation and repairs
• Previous experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or installation is preferred
