You will…

• Perform a variety of tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
• Handyman and general repair as well as insulation, encapsulation and gutter installation
• Responsible for staying within projected budget and completing paperwork at the end of the job
• Perform termite bait installation and insulation replacement projects

Serve as a key member of the branch team.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have at least 1 year general carpentry experience
• Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer s weight capacity
• Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands
• Install encapsulation in low light conditions
• Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and ice
• Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite
