Position SummaryThe RFS Planned Maintenance Associate is responsible for supporting our coffee and water services by ensuring equipment is clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities- Clean, inspect, and maintain coffee and water equipment to ensure a professional and reliable operation
- Perform routine planned maintenance tasks on coffee brewers, water systems, and related equipment
- Ensure coffee and water stations are clean, organized, and meet Five Star quality standards
- Verify promotional signage and branding materials are properly displayed and up to date
- Identify aging, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment and request repairs or replacements as needed
- Support route drivers and technicians by maintaining readiness and appearance of assigned equipment

- Previous experience in coffee service, water systems, maintenance, or refreshment services preferred but not required
