You will perform a variety of tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects; ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures; perform hand‑yman and general repair as well as insulation, encapsulation and gutter installation; stay within projected budget and complete paperwork; perform termite bait installation and insulation replacement projects.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least 1 year of general carpentry experience.
- Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment.
- Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands.
- Install encapsulation in low‑light conditions.
- Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and ice.
- Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite where assigned, such as in new construction, while vacuuming insulation, etc.
