- Competitive hourly compensation—earn between $42,000 and $60,000 base wage annually
- Earn uncapped monthly sales commissions

We protect homes and businesses by delivering high‑quality solutions and putting the customer experience first. The Termite Technician role is key to delivering on this purpose.
- Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers
- Inspect customer properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage
- Install and remove/upgrade termite baiting stations
- Inspect and bait stations on a regular basis
- Serve as consultant for termite damage remediation services as necessary
- Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling termite matters
- Seek opportunities for customer base growth
- Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing termite management services
- Develop and maintain records of activities, such as service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and service agreements

- Must be at least 18 years old; no experience in pest control necessary
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required
- Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions
