• Competitive hourly compensation—earn between $42,000 and $60,000 base wage annually
• Earn uncapped monthly sales commissions

• Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers
• Inspect customer properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage
• Install and remove/upgrade termite baiting stations
• Inspect and bait stations on a regular basis
• Serve as consultant for termite damage remediation services as necessary
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling termite matters
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing termite management services
• Develop and maintain records of activities, such as service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and service agreements

• Must be at least 18 years old; no experience in pest control necessary
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
