Overview

We’re looking for utility technicians to perform service installations, remediation services, and home‑improvement product installations. No pest control experience is required—bring your skills and we’ll launch your career.

• Perform installation and rodent exclusion projects.
• Execute hand‑yman and general repair tasks, including insulation, encapsulation, gutter installation, and termite bait installation.
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Maintain budgets and complete required paperwork for each job.
• Serve as a key member of the branch team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of general carpentry experience.
• Valid driver’s license maintained throughout employment.
• Good driving record and ability to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

• Use ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands.
• Install encapsulation in low light conditions.
• Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow, ice).
• Work environment noise level generally loud.
