• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision and pride.
• Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable – and calling you back!
• Document your work in our trade software, Service Titan, to keep your day running smooth.
• Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
• Work independently, own your route, and represent Absolute Services with professionalism.

• Valid KY Journeyman HVAC license.
• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently, without micromanagement.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
