Salary: $25 - $30 per hour

This position maintains and repairs facilities for commercial and multi-unit residential properties, executes work orders in a timely manner, and ensures the properties maintain excellent curb appeal and first impressions.

• Surveys buildings, ensuring consistency with health and safety standards.
• Conduct general upkeep and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, plumbing, appliance install, drywall repair, windows, etc.).
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Shares on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments homes for move-ins.

• Minimum high school or GED required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations are a plus.
• Previous experience as a maintenance technician.
• Deadline, detail, and customer service-oriented.
• Strong knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (position requires local travel).
