Plumbing Foreman

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman for a project in Louisville, KY.

This person will be responsible for leading a team of plumbers and executing commercial plumbing projects according to specifications and timelines.

Job duties:

- Carry out duties assigned by the Operations Manager and Superintendent.
- Execute and lead a team of plumbers (when needed) in plumbing projects according to specifications and timelines.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure work is performed efficiently and meets quality standards.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage workflow to maximize productivity.
- Install, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and appliances.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to resolve plumbing problems effectively.
- Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure long-term durability of plumbing systems.
- Communicate effectively with Superintendent and team members to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.

Pay rate is $35+ per hour.

Schedule:

Mon - Fri, 7a to 5p, 40+ hours a week.

Qualifications
- Pass pre-screenings
- Proven experience as a plumber with several years of hands-on experience in Commercial plumbing.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in plumbing installations and repairs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and develop effective solutions.
- Adaptability to handle unexpected challenge and make quick decisions to keep projects on track.
- Commitment to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Capable of lifting to 50lbs
- Should be able to stand for six to eight hours per day, with the potential for extended periods during overtime.
- Capable of working in extreme weather conditions.
- Hold a Valid Driver's License
