Restoration 1 of Louisville East is a locally owned restoration company serving the greater Louisville area. We specialize in water damage cleanup, structural drying, and property restoration. As a growing business, we’re looking for motivated team members who want to grow with us, learn new skills, and help our customers recover from unexpected water damage.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to water damage calls and perform water extraction and drying services
- Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)
- Remove and dispose of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Document work performed with photos and moisture readings
- Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in clean working order
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergencies
- Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians
- IICRC certification preferred but not required
- Experience in cleaning/restoration
- Experience serving both residential and commercial properties
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
