• Inspect homes and work with customers to determine the most effective placement of radon mitigation systems.
• Install radon mitigation systems by drilling holes, cutting & running PVC pipes, installing fans, and sealing holes.

• We are seeking candidates that live within 25 miles of Louisville, KY – 40245.

We are looking for candidates with experience in skilled trades such as cable technician, maintenance technician, plumber, HVAC technician, electrician, handyman, apprentices, construction laborer, roofer, carpenter, or those comfortable with ladders and strong customer‑service skills.

• 1+ years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or other skilled trades; apprenticeship preferred.
• Lift and carry a 60‑pound ladder.
• Work on ladders at 40 feet or higher.
• Work in confined spaces (ability to turn, twist, bend, stoop, reach).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Operate drill, hole‑saw, coring drills, and other hand tools safely.
• Acquire and maintain required certifications.
• Use technology (mobile phones, tablets, laptops).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
