! We specialize in a wide range of services to keep homes or businesses clean, fresh, and free from damage. Services include carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, and odor removal.

Looking for driven individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment and like to help others in emergency situations by working to restore their property after a disaster. We are looking to bring on individuals who can grow with us.

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform various floor cleaning and water damage restoration services, including carpet and floor cleaning, odor remediation, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold and mildew remediation, and water restoration.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Complete necessary documentation.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

• Valid driver’s license
• Education and Experience:
  
  High school diploma (or GED).
• Mathematical
  
  Skills:
  
  Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
  Certification in performing appropriate services:
  Carpet Cleaning, Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.

• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
• Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
• Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained; in addition, certifications such as water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos can add to compensation. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rate.
