Position: General Laborer ($15 p/h)
  • Load, unload, lift, move and organize materials, tools, and equipment per instructions and with proper handling to avoid damage.
  • Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment, furniture, machinery, structures and scaffolding as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Sweep floors, remove debris, and ensure work area is maintained free of hazards.
  • Dispose of waste materials and equipment per instructions.
  • Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc. by supplying tools and materials as needed.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure good working condition.
  • Report any malfunctioning or broken tools or equipment.
  • Assist with minor repairs and upkeep.
  • Assist with setting up temporary structures, fencing, etc.
  • Participate in inventory counting.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested by management.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license for use of company vehicles.
  • Ability to perform work on platforms, ladders, and roofs.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to consistently set a positive example and be a team player.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changes as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of safety, guest service, and cleanliness.
  • Participation in all required training sessions.
  • Manual dexterity necessary to complete all job responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain good personal hygiene.
  • Ability to comprehend instructions and retain information.
  • Ability to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with respect to assigned work schedule including required overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to handle frequent changes in priorities.
  • Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
  • Ability to perform work at various heights from scaffolding, aerial lifts, cat walks, or other areas.
  • Ability to balance, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, crouch, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces such as switch gear rooms, utility access holes, utility tunnels, crawl spaces, and attics.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools and equipment such as air compressor, skill saw, electric drill, impact wrench, hand wrench, shovel, ladder, etc.

Must successfully complete post-employment offer drug screen and background check.
