• Complete all assigned work (tune‑ups, inspections) in a safe and professional manner.
• Courteously take work direction from the dispatcher.
• Fill out all service invoices with 100% accuracy.
• Complete the closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately upon job completion.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Properly complete required paperwork.
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional.

• 1–2+ years of HVAC experience
• Kentucky Journeyman HVAC license or ability to test
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle
• EPA 608 Certification Types 1 & 2 (preferred)
• Nate Certifications Core and 2 specialties (preferred)
• Basic industry tools
• Service Titan experience preferred
