- Complete all assigned work (tune‑ups, inspections) in a safe and professional manner.
- Courteously take work direction from the dispatcher.
- Fill out all service invoices with 100% accuracy.
- Complete the closeout process with 100% accuracy immediately upon job completion.
- Maintain communication with internal teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Properly complete required paperwork.
- Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional.
- 1–2+ years of HVAC experience
- Kentucky Journeyman HVAC license or ability to test
- Valid driver’s license for company vehicle
- EPA 608 Certification Types 1 & 2 (preferred)
- Nate Certifications Core and 2 specialties (preferred)
- Basic industry tools
- Service Titan experience preferred
