As a Field Technician, you will be trained to safely and efficiently treat our clients’ property and landscaping with our “best in the industry” products, as well as install outdoor landscape lighting. We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction and a 5 Star Rating from ALL of our clients.

DUTIES AND RESOPONSIBILITES

• After Training, employees must pass the KY Department of Agriculture Licensing exam for Pesticides.
• Treat landscaping/property with pesticides according to scheduling, while adhering to all State laws.
• Identify sources of pest issues and work to reduce the sources, while educating the client.
• Work as an Install Technician helper for low voltage landscape lighting.
• Work on ladders up tp 40 ft tall.
• Follow all company safety and operating procedures and all chemical label instructions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles in accordance with company Fleet Management policies.
• Maintain all treatment equipment in good working order in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate daily records of assigned client work orders.
• Review daily route assignment and efficiently load truck
• Follow route assignment and drive safely
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Team player
• Safe driving record and reliable transportation
• Carry 50lb backpack blower, often through wooded or uneven terrain
• Perform duties safely and effectively in various weather conditions
• Pass drug screen test
• No experience necessary

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
