This position involves managing, coordinating, and training security personnel. The Security Manager must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in the security industry, including at least five (5) years of experience managing a dedicated security contract of no less than 900 hours per week. The candidate must not have any felony convictions nationwide and should possess a thorough understanding of computer systems, including surveillance, access control, and Windows-based office applications.
InAddition, This Position Shall
- Serve as the liaison between the Contractor and security personnel
- Be responsible for all operations, equipment, training, and reporting requirements
- Supervise and monitor the work of subordinate personnel
- Wear professional business attire
- Scheduling as required/requested by the client
- Interviewing, pre-screening, and selection of security applicants
- Disciplinary actions of subordinate personnel
- Attending required and mandatory meetings
- Managing hours/overtime
- Assisting in billing/invoicing
- Understanding and managing all applicable Labor Laws
- Required to pass the background and fingerprinting process and drug test
