- provide a courteous and visible presence while ensuring the safety of our campus
- patrol building interiors and exterior grounds, proactively identifying and addressing concerns
- respond to incidents professionally and with sound judgement
- maintain accurate records and reports of all activity and follow standard protocols
- monitor and uphold all access, visitor, and sign-in procedures
- communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, staff, and guests
- assist with emergencies or evacuations and report issues to appropriate leadership
- support the overall well-being of our community through strong situational awareness
- high school diploma or GED required
- valid driver’s license
- successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
- previous security, safety, or customer-facing experience preferred
- strong attention to detail, professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure
- a service-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting a safe, respectful environment
