The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of the security shift which provides safety and protects all patrons, Team Members, and company assets.

• Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests. Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control lost-time injuries.
• Assist in recruitment process, including job posting and recruiting metrics.
• Delegate duties and assign responsibilities to staff.
• Complete and process performance reviews.
• Assist in development of Team Members, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection, hiring, coaching, retention and termination process.
• Investigate incidents and/or guest complaints, compiling data for accurate reporting.
• Schedule rotation of officers throughout officer posts.
• Conduct training with officers.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and monitored during the shift.
• May be asked to operate a company vehicle and/or equipment that require a valid Driver’s License.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Management abilities demonstrated in managing security operational effectiveness.
• Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.
• Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of shift.

• One to Three years of experience as a security guard/law enforcement agent with a 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
