Louisville, KY - PAY RANGE - $17.00-$18.00 / HOUR

Shaw Secure Solutions is hiring qualified individuals for Full-Time and Part-Time Unarmed Emergency Response and Healthcare Security Officer positions in Louisville, KY. Candidates must have a background in healthcare security and/or in the behavioral health field.

Job requires reliable transportation to reach sites as far as the Westport Rd area. The position is an Emergency Response Behavioral Health Monitor.

Shifts are 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m.

Louisville, KY area (not a downtown location)

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and be able to reach ALL job sites.
• Must have a clean background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have good attendance.

• Provide unarmed security and behavioral health monitoring at assigned sites.
• Respond to incidents as a part of emergency response team.
• Collaborate with site staff to ensure safety and well-being of individuals served.
• Maintain professional conduct and document incidents per company policy.
