Are you an eager sales professional adept at hunting for new business and achieving or exceeding sales goals? Life Safety Services is seeking to fill several Sales Representative positions. The Inside Sales Representatives will hunt for new business, call on renewals, follow up on inquiries from potential customers and be key to helping the Sales Team reach its overall sales goals.
Ideal candidates for these positions will have sales or telephone sales experience and have a desire to grow their sales career with Life Safety Services.
The Sales Representatives will work from the corporate offices in Louisville, Kentucky and have daily access to experts in the passive fire protection industry. The Sales Representatives will sell our services to commercial and healthcare facilities in Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico and in Northern California, Northern Nevada, Colorado and Utah. The individuals in this role will work M-F in the corporate office from 11:00 a.m.
-7:00 p.m. (EST). The Inside Sales Representatives responsible for selling LSS services in these territories will report to the Director of Sales for the West.
- Completes intensive sales training, learning all company services (inspection, installation and repair of fire and smoke dampers, fire doors, rolling and overhead doors and firestop installation and repair in existing commercial and healthcare facilities and commercial duct cleaning in healthcare facilities).
- Hunts for new business, calls on renewals, follows up on inquiries with the goal of aggressively closing business in Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico.
- Strives to understand and meet the needs of customers (commercial and healthcare facility managers) in Southern California, Southern Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico.
- Drives new business development and sales by researching, qualifying, contacting, presenting and closing sales to new clients in assigned territory.
- Continuously develops and maintains relationships with decision makers, understanding their needs and recommends ways to deliver value by using LSS and Hughes services.
- Maintains and manages a pipeline of opportunities, including renewals.
- Ability to backfill sales duties for any member of the Sales Team.
- Achieves or exceeds sales quotas and other company sales goals.
- Regularly updates the Director of Sales for the West on progress towards achieving sales goals.
- Consults with subject matter experts in Code and Compliance, Operations and other parts of the company on LSS and Hughes services.
- Process sales orders and complete Purchasing Work Orders paying attention to detail and accuracy.
