You are the first point of contact at the counter, a trusted advisor, and a vital part of our continued success in the community.

• Customer Engagement:
  Promptly and courteously greet and assist walk-in and telephone customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
• Solution-Based Selling:
  Utilize your technical knowledge to recommend and sell plumbing products that meet customer requirements.
• Operational Excellence:
  Efficiently and accurately process customer orders, quotes, and returns.
• Logistical Support:
  Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and expedite orders to meet deadlines.
• Product Expertise:
  Provide detailed product information, suggest alternatives, and offer technical support to enhance satisfaction and trust.
• Professional Representation:
  Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service role (preferred)
• Motivated, competitive spirit with a drive to excel in sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours daily
