Essential Functions:
The Sales Development Rep is responsible for learning and executing all steps associated with the sales process. This includes:
- Partnering with the Delivery team to identify top IT talent to fulfill client needs
- Increasing sales and market share through assigned and new accounts
- Developing and managing new and existing customer relationships using resources like Salesforce and Hoovers
- Contacting and meeting with prospective customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals and information effectively
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Military experience, or an Associate’s Degree with 3 years of professional experience, or 4 years of professional experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience, or a degree in Sales, or sales internship experience, or active membership in a collegiate sales organization
- A strong desire to pursue a career in B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, especially in negotiations
- A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and high professionalism
- Ability to overcome obstacles and collaborate effectively
- Strong willingness to learn
The salary for this role is $60,000 plus weekly commissions, performance bonuses (quarterly and yearly), and monthly allowances for car and cell phone.
Training will be hourly for the first 10 weeks.
