The Demand Generation Specialist is an entry-level marketing and sales position that plays a critical role in helping build a pipeline of qualified B2B lead opportunities. In this marketing & sales position, you will be assigned to the Air & Water B2B customer channel and be responsible for developing a strategic plan to generate new business leads using lead generation sites, account-based marketing, marketing automation, and supporting the development of marketing content.
In this role, you will be dedicated to supporting demand generation for the Air & Water sales channels, including Hospitality sales and Air & Water Pro inside sales teams.## ## Position Sales & Marketing Demand Generation Associate, Air & Water## ## Location

** RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Lead all activities related to prospecting and finding new lead opportunities in your assigned customer segments.
* Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales team members in
* Track and manage leads generated from websites, events/trade shows, and lead generation sites (3rd party construction database platforms) in
* Provide regular (weekly or biweekly) CRM performance metrics and conversion status reporting to sales and marketing leadership.
* Utilize marketing cloud and CRM tools to determine the best way to follow up with potential customers for your segments that will drive conversion.
* Build relationships and rapport with potential customers including property managers, facility managers, hospitality operators, contractors, and plumbing and HVAC installers, dealers, and distributors to understand their business and what’s important to them. Use these insights to work with the marketing team to develop content and materials.
* Partner with GE Appliances Hospitality sales teams, Air & Water Pro inside sales teams, and regional sales leadership to identify and prioritize lead targets, build and maintain relationships to help facilitate lead conversion.
* Launch B2B demand generation campaigns to drive conversion across the Air & Water channel, tailoring approaches for Hospitality and Air & Water Pro segments and regional markets.
* Provide email campaign, website, and SEM analytics and reporting.
* Build and maintain Marketing Cloud database to enhance marketing automation reach and impact.
* Be a liaison with key lead generation vendors to enhance partnerships, optimize processes, and fully leverage lead generation capabilities.## What You'll Bring to Our Team

* Qualifications:
*** Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
* Minimum of 1 year of marketing and/or sales experience.
* Possess excellent communication and organization skills.
* Be self-directed and motivated to succeed.
* Some travel is required for domestic travel to customer sites, trade shows, and market visits.

*** Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently while managing projects
* Experience with implementing and measuring marketing and/or demand generation campaigns
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task on a daily basis
