First year potential total compensation approximately $80,000
· Base: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 depending on experience
· First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, bonus, of $80,000 (approximate)
Position OverviewActively seek out and engage customers and prospects while sourcing opportunities to close sales and achieve quotas. Increase income and revenue by managing clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining the integrity and quality of our technology products, solutions, and services.
Responsibilities- Use multi-channel prospecting techniques to generate leads, grow your pipeline, and close sales. This includes cold calling via email, phone, and face-to-face, as well as utilizing social selling strategies on Linked In to research and interact with business professionals in your assigned territory.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota for net new business, renewals, and current new business
- Utilize customer and prospect database to track sales activities that help manage and grow your pipeline
- Evaluate customer business needs to develop and present solutions that will grow their business
- Effectively market and sell comprehensive technology products, solutions, and services while maintaining Prosource’s Total Pro Guarantee
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3+ years of business-to-business sales OR account management experience is preferred, but not required
- History of recorded accomplishment: successfully meeting quota, sales awards, academic or scholastic sports achievement
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Any additional education in the field of business technology could be considered an advantage
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
